| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC+ routine sample DETAILS: System had a total coliform positive sample that was collected on 2/24/15. A chlorine residual of 0.4 was written on the lab slip, however the residual was not checked at the time of sample collection. It is also to be noted the system was still using Clorox bleach. Possible vendor for NSF approved sodium hypochlorite was given to Claudia. She was also going to check the chlorine residual. It is also to be noted that the sample tap was not cleaned prior to sample collection. Follow up sample requirements were gone over with Claudia. The system also received a violation for no coliform sample collected in January. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample as soon as possible. 5 temporary routine samples are to be collected in March. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
