| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey is in the process of being completed and needs a two week extension to finish correcting significant deficiencies. DETAILS: Operator at the Salbasgeon Inn has been working on the completion of Salbasgeon Inns significant deficiencies. Operator has gotten NSF approved bleach for the water system. Locks have been place on the water tank and the well house door. Coliform sampling plan has been completed. The system is in the process of finishing up its operations and maintenance manual and the emergency plan/vulnerability assessment.
