| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey is in the process of being completed and needs a two week extension to finish correcting significant deficiencies. DETAILS: Ownership of this property has changed hands within the last 3 weeks. Previous operator of the facility did not complete what significant deficiencies needed to be done. I have been working with the operator to get the significant deficiencies completed. They are still working on them. Significant deficiencies include-- screening the vent on the well, repairing cracked pipe, coliform sampling plan, operations and maintenance manual, and emergency response plan/vulnerability assessment. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs a couple of weeks to finish up the completion of the significant deficiencies. Significant deficiencies should be finished by 3/13/15 | ||
