Details:	03.03.21 - Mr. Jim Pinson informed me that going forward he will be the new contact person for the water system. Mr. Pinson is already listed in SDWIS as the DRC. A request was made to update the system's contact information in SDWIS. I also spoke over the phone with Ms. Lynda Pinson regarding the steps needed for the certification of a new employee (Ty Crosby). Mr. Crosby is currently helping Mr. Pinson operate the water system. 03.04.21 - I emailed Ms. Pinson the instructions on how to access the Drinking Water Operator Certification webpage. This information was also shared with Mr. Ty Crosby. Because Mr. Crosby is not yet certified, the water system must develop a written protocol for under-certified operators. The protocol should specify what tasks can be performed by each under-certified operator – based on training and delegation of authority – before consulting with the DRC operator per OAR 333-061-0225. A template was emailed to Ms. Pinson.
