| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion of violation #2811312 DETAILS: Mr. Houglum called to aprise our department that the well in violation #2811312 has not been in operation since 2013. It is used as a winter backup and was not turned on in Nov 2013 and consequently was not in operation Jan Feb or Mar 2014. In Nov 2014 it was also decided to have the pump repaired so the well is currently out of service while the pump is repaired. There is no definite time frame to put the well back into regular service. When the well is operational and ready to go online, the operator, Dale Kessler. will advise our department.Date for a survey was made with Mr. Houglum. ACTION NEEDED: Request violation be removed because the well was not operational during 2014. | ||
