| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI13830 coliform found in 1/5/15 repeat sample DETAILS: Left voice mail message on above phone number and followed up with email:Fred: Follow up sampling is required by rule due to coliforms bacteria found present in the recent sample at wildwood estates.As soon as practical (Monday): collect 4 REPEAT samples in the distribution system including 1 from the same tap where the sample showing coliform was taken-- at the same trip to the lab bring a sample from the wellhead and call it a SOURCE sample.Results may make it necessary to address a source of contamination.In February 5 TEMPORARY ROUTINE samples are due taken from the distribution system.If any repeat sample or temp routines show presence of coliforms then public notice is required. Let me know and Ill send you a template with instructions on how to do this. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats samples,1 source samples both groups ASAP and5 temporary routine samples in February. | ||
