| Details: | SUMMARY: update on significant deficiencies DETAILS: Regarding their identified significant deficiencies, Danny reported that: 1) Chemicals in well shed have were moved some time ago-- 2) The storage tank was recently removed, so that question is no longer relevant-- 3) Monitoring not current - they are locating the arsenic result from 2012 and nitrate from 2014, will submit-- 4) Coliform Sampling Plan - done-- 5) and 6) the Emergency Response Plan and Op and Maintenance Manual - both are completed but in internal review-- 7) Backflow testing records - no longer relevant as the line to the defunct fire reservoir has been capped off. We also discussed Plan Review for the replacement of the storage tank with two bladder pressure tanks in February 2015. Danny supplied photos of the new and old arrangement. I put DWS engineer Scott Curry in touch with him to explain which plan review information he needs for that type of change. ACTION NEEDED: For remaining significant deficiencies, we await receipt of one arsenic and the 2014 nitrate monitoring results, and notice of final completion of ERP and Operations and Maintenance Manual. Danny will work with Scott Curry to address plan review requirements. | ||
