| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positives for sample date 12-12-14 DETAILS: The operator called me to let me know about the total coliform repeat positive coliform samples from 12-12. He feels that the lid is causing the problem and is making a new spring box lid that will seal properly. I let him know to complete & distribute a public notice. He said he would complete the notice. He will also disinfect the spring & distribution system. He will cover the spring with a tarp for temporary protection until a new lid is fitted. I reminded him that 5 temp routine samples will be needed for the month of January. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
