| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 12/23/14 DETAILS: Paul called to let me know that the lab had pulled a sample at the wrong faucet. They pulled the sample from a frost free hose bib. They changed to the proper sample site for the repeat as well as 3 other locations. They also took source samples at both well heads. I let him know that they will need to take 5 temp routine samples for January. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
