| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Routine sample from 3/10/15 has total coliform detections. WS has had unresolved total coliform detections since December 2014. John contacted me and said they are no longer pursuing installing a UV system but instead are going to replace the VT pump (that is not sealed at the surface) with a submersible pump. They are also going to shock chlorinate the well. John hopes this will take care to the total coliform issue. They issued a public notice on 12/19/14. I reminded John to reissue the public notice every quarter until the problem is resolved per test results. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on work being done on WS and monitoring for compliance. | ||
