| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies DETAILS: Vicky ha called me to let me know the resort shut down 10/1/14 and will reopen 5/15/15. They had a March 15th due date for their SDs. The maintenance worker was laid off so he did not repair the SDs. They did put together the O P manual but not eh other deficiencies. They are hiring a new maintenance person to star 4/1/15 to get the resort up and running. I gave them until May 11th to have the rest of the SDs completed. Once completed I will verify and sign them off. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
