| Details: | SUMMARY: site visit re 4-log violation, PNC DETAILS: Stopped by facility to discuss recent violation on maintaining 4 log. An examination of the January log showed a reading of .08 on 1/11 was what triggered the violation. We discussed their progress on the O and M manual, and the particulars of their summer irrigation season. The park manager indicated that overnight irrigation (peak use) ceases at about 6 am with the lowest tank volume being about 350 gallons in each tank at that time. ACTION NEEDED: request an RTC of January violation | ||
