| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper sampling schedule and plan review DETAILS: Contacted Jim to let him know that I would be putting them on a yearly schedule for L/C. Also discussed the need to finish plan review for caustic soda. Conditional Approval letter sent 4/26/13. Jim is still working on the operation and maintenance manual thats is stated in the letter. I told him he should try and get that done ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
