| Details: | SUMMARY: RTC for resolution of Public notice required Nov 25 2014 DETAILS: There are violations for failure to forward Boil Water notices. Our staff verified that the notice was up by Nov 25 2014. Residences were given boil water notices and they were also posted in the bathrooms. They stayed up until the follow-up coliform results came in. Notices came down after the samples came back negative. We are requesting RTC on the public notice late non-reporting. ACTION NEEDED: System is required to take quarterly samples to ensure no TCR is positive. | ||
