| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey corrections of significant deficiencies. DETAILS: 1. Well construction deficiencies2. Cracked pipe connected to pump in the storage building 3. Coliform sampling plan has been completed. 4. Operations and maintenance manual completed5. Emergency plan/vulnerability assessment completed ACTION NEEDED: 1. Well construction deficiencies. Corrected. Screens have been placed on the well and to the over flow line that flows outside of the well house. 2. Cracked pipe connected to pump in the storage building. Pipe has been replaced and no longer leaks water.3. Coliform sampling plan has been completed. Coliform sampling plan is on file in the office.4. Operations and maintenance manual completed. Operations manual is in the process of being finalized. Copy will be available in the office.5. Emergency plan/vulnerability assessment completed. Emergency plan is completed and on file in the office. Vulnerability assessment has been completed and proof of completion for is signed and on file in office. | ||
