| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample taken 12/1/2014 positive for total coliform DETAILS: Called Patty Heringer about a routine sample taken Dec. 1, 2014. The 4 repeat samples taken December 4 were negative including the triggered source water sample. In January 3 of the 5 temporary routine samples were positive for total coliform. These were taken: 2 laundry rooms and wellhead. Note: the well head sample was taken from a hose. Discussed situation with Laura Burns. Patty will chlorinate the system. In February she will take another 5 temporary routine samples from the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: corrective action 5 routine in Feb.
