| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli positive at Source DETAILS: The confirmation samples came back positive for E.coli and coliform. Talked to Dave Love about site. He said they are currently running the chlorine at 0.6 ppm. I got some information from Dave regarding the water system and storage tanks. A contact time calculation will be made today to make sure they are operating there chlorination system at 4 log disinfection. Rebecca Templin with the State called to follow up and send in a change request to update the chlorine residual to be interim 4 log compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Contact time calculation and adjust chlorine to reach 4 log disinfection. Send in a source evaluation request. | ||
