| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey F/U DETAILS: Met with Brenda and Doug Farnham on site. Raw sample taps provided in pump house for each well. Reviewed ERP and O/M and found them to be complete. The only remaining deficiency uncorrected is the CCR. Doug thought he would have it completed by next week. Updated the systems coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
