| Details: | SUMMARY: Notified by operator that system changed over to well #1 (AA) DETAILS: The system called and informed us that well #3 was having problems and they had to turn on well #1(AA) which has not been use for some time. ACTION NEEDED: Called back and asked them to include Nitrate Sample with their Bacteriological sample from that source. | ||
