Details: SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding well disinfection DETAILS: I was contacted by Caroline regarding the coliform sample on the New Well at their location. The water is not being used but a Special Sample showed Total Coliforms. The well is 950 deep and the static water level of 700. 250 X 2.6 gal/ft =650 / 100 = 6.5 X 12oz=78oz of 8.25% ACTION NEEDED: Sanitizing the well and piping to address the total coliforms in the well and piping. I gave oral information on the process of sanitizing the well.Operator is trying to find another "new" operator
