| Details: | I called left a message for the operator to let him know that the sampling was above the action level. I let him know that a consumer notification will be needed. The State will generate a letter with deadlines for the notification. I let him know that it might be time to look into plumbing replacement as well as treatment. I let him know that the circuit rider assistance might be appropriate. I will email a link to the consumer notification form follow up with deadlines. | ||
