Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Fern called to ask questions about the corrective action letter, the plan review letter requesting more information and about there options for the water system. The system would like to have more time to investigate well #4 and #5 to possibly use these as sources for there PWS. I told Fern she could have until April 16th to finish determining if the other wells on the property are viable water sources or decide to start the MPA analysis for Well #2. Fern said they had been very busy with a group of people leaving the center and the residents moving around to the different housing options they have ACTION NEEDED: Fern will contact me by April 16 2015 with a decision on how they would like to move forward.--
