| Details: | SUMMARY: Shotgun Creek Installed New Well without Plan Review DETAILS: Paul Walker with the BLM informed me that abandoned the previous source and installed a new well. There is no record on SDWIS of plan review for the new well. I followed up with Jay McPherson and he confirmed they did not receive any thing about the new well. Told Paul they need to submit the required information to plan review along with the fee in hopes if getting the new well conditionally approved prior to the park opening on May1st. ACTION NEEDED: BLM needs to submit all the required information to Plan Review along with the fee. | ||
