| Details: | SUMMARY: Letter Sent, Site-Visit - Public Notice, Letter (10/7/14 WSS) DETAILS: Letter Said (hard-copy & e-mail):"...‘Windance’ public water system missed a deadline on 2/20/15 to resolve outstanding ‘significant rule violations ’ observed during the last water system survey (performed on October 7th, 2014). Whenever a deadline is missed, Oregon State drinking water rules require that a ‘Tier-2’ public notification be issued to consumers of the water..."The entire letter is available at Hood River County Health Department upon request.We also dropped a hard-copy of the letter as well as an example public notice to the water system directly this day.
