| Details: | SUMMARY: March 16, 2015 routine sample Total coliform positive. DETAILS: Routine coliform sample taken at 2091 Lakeshore on 3-16-15 was Total Coliform Positive. I explained to Al, that the Oregon Drinking Water rules require the following additional samples to be taken within 24 hours of notification: He will take the repeat samples tomorrow (Thursday, March 19, 2015). ACTION NEEDED: Take the following samples: 1. One sample from the same sampling tap {marked Repeat (RP)}--2. One sample from a tap within 5 service connections upstream marked Repeat (RP)}--3. One sample from a tap within 5 service connections downstream {marked Repeat (RP)}--4. One sample from the well {Marked Triggered (TG)}-- Additionally take five routine samples during the month of April 2015 {all marked Routine (RT)}. | ||
