| Details: | SUMMARY: In-Office Technical Assistance - Sig. Def. RESOLVED DETAILS: Today, we assisted Mr. Nunn with drafting final copies of his:Coliform Sampling Plan--Emergency Response Plan-- andOperations and maintenance manual. These were the only remaining significant violations from the 2014 WSS. ‘Windance’ public water system has now satisfied all of the outstanding requirements in order to reach compliance ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Nunn needs to provide training to the one water system employee. | ||
