| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Carlton owns and operates a surface water system that provides treated water for domestic purposes to a full-time population of 1,680 persons, through 800 connections. The source for the City’s water is an intake on Panther Creek. The treatment plant is a pressure filtration system. Contact tracer studies were completed by the Circuit Rider (in 2010 and 2013). The city is requesting a tracer test at lower flow rates to better capture the true contact time during cold weather. Performed data collection for contact tracer study. ACTION NEEDED: Complete tracer testing study. | ||
