| Details: | SUMMARY: updated contact info and lead and copper schedule DETAILS: Darrell phoned because Shield Crest received a violation notice for 2014. He had understood that that system was now on a 3-yr schedule for lead and copper, so he didnt take any in 2014. Upon review, he was right that they qualified for the 3-yr schedule after 2013, but it had not been changed in the database. He also asked that future mailings go to him, as the operator, rather than to the physical system address. I sent the request for those changes to our Data Entry unit. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
