| Details: | Called and spoke with Katie (management company) and let her know the WS has multiple non-reporting violations and is about to become a PNC (current system score is 9). The WS needs to resume monthly TC monitoring and annual nitrate monitoring asap. Katie said she would contact the person responsible for monitoring and get them the info. I gave them my phone number and told them to call me back with any questions. | ||
