| Details: | SUMMARY: System Consolidation Cost Estimate DETAILS: The Pelican Bay Heights Community water system owns and operates a small water system in Harbor, in Curry County. The system purchases water from Harbor PUD and serves a small residential development of 20 homes and an approximate population of 40. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Jan Amlin to provide assistance with consolidation with the Harbor PUD. Harbor PUD will require the addition of 2 small water storage tanks and other related capital improvements to allow the Pelican Bay customers to become Harbor PUD customers. Completed cost estimate for consolidation as requested by the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Provide funding application assistance as needed. | ||
