| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Investigation DETAILS: The Dunn Court Duplexes is a small groundwater system serving a 22 unit development in Woodburn. The water source is a single well with no treatment. The Circuit Rider was previously contacted by the water system regarding arsenic level over the MCL in the April 2013 sample. The water system has had 8 exceedences of the MCL, with other samples at or near the MCL. Circuit Rider was contacted by Alex Labunsky in regard to determining arsenic mitigation plans for the water system. The owner of the water system is planning on redeveloping the property in the near future. At that point, they intend to connect to the City of Woodburn water. We discussed potential options available to the water system for the interim. Spoke with Mr. Labunsky on the phone regarding plans for the Dunn Court Duplexes in regard to arsenic treatment. Analyzed current lab results to verify possible treatment techniques. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with Mr. Labunsky on site to discuss options for the water system. | ||
