| Details: | SUMMARY: GWR 4-log Compliance below minimum .4 ppm chlorine for 72 hours in February 2015. DETAILS: Talked to Gaby Hays. The minimum .4ppm chlorine was not maintained for 72 hours during February 2015. He adjusted the concentration of chlorine feeding into system. Then the minimum chorine in the distribution system was above .4 ppm. Public Notice has been sent out. A copy is being sent to Lincoln County EH. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
