Details:	The water system contacted me by email to say the significant deficiencies of no Operation and Maintenance Manual, no Emergency Response Plan and not coliform sampling plan were corrected on February 3, 2020 and are available for review upon request. Correction dates for the significant deficiencies have been made to the data base.
