Details: SUMMARY: Complaints about lack of water pressure DETAILS: Received complaint on 3/19/15 and 3/30/15 regarding loss of pressure with no notice on multiple days in March. System surveyed on 3/24/15 and best management practices "Service outages due to reduced pressure events" from DWP website was discussed and the form given for operator to follow. Also spoke to Carol 3/31/15. Last outage 3/30 was due to an emergency. Park lacks adequate control valves so if a break occurs anywhere, then whole park loses pressure. Manager/owner is in process of installing control valves to minimize this problem and when emergency breaks occur will post notice as soon as possible and follow up with a problem corrected notice. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to post notice and repair distribution as needed.
