| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to OERS Spill Report #2015-686 DETAILS: I received a copy of OERS spill report #2015-686 at 930 am on 4/1/15, indicating that 130 gallons of diesel spilled into a stormdrain which drains into the Columbia River, near Industrial and Fiber Way in Longview, WA, in the morning of 3/31/15. Given the small amount of product spilled into the drain into the Columbia River, I determined that there were no public water systems with intakes on the Columbia R. potentially affected downstream of this location. ACTION NEEDED: No action necessary at this time. | ||
