| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Corrective Action Plan for Monitoring violation DETAILS: Water operator called me on 3/30/2015. I spoke with the "water operator" about the violation card recd by mail by the OHA DWP. The violation is concerning lead & copper testing that was missed in 2014. I let the operator know that a "corrective action plan" would be needed to show progress towards taking the lead & copper tests between June and September 2015. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective Action plan. | ||
