| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring/reporting DETAILS: Mark called because he received a violation postcard in the mail and wasnt sure why. He had Edge Analytical take his temp routines in February following the positive in January. Edge took 4 from distribution and one from the source instead of all 5 from distribution. I told Mark I would call Edge to remind them of the correct process. I told him the violation would be RTCd at the end of April. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
