| Details: | SUMMARY: discussed on-going significant deficiencies DETAILS: discussed with Debbie her email about efforts to correct deficiencies and miscellaneous violations. Learned that the water source has not been in use since December and that the well from the south system is providing water for both the north and south systems. recap: 1. Notify me when you turn the north well back on2. When you turn the north well back on do a total coliform sample ASAP2. And a nitrate sample3. And do the plan review for the well. ACTION NEEDED: County will notify DWS that north well has not been in use since December 2014 and at present water is coming from WELL - COOS1582 which is the sole source for DWS # 4101463. | ||
