| Details: | SUMMARY: alert follow up for routine TC+ DETAILS: Routine quarterly coliform sample 4/6/15 positive. Called Whitney Burgess and Lab to remind to take repeat/triggered samples. James is out of town and will take repeats upon his return on the 13th. This is a non-EPA system with 9 homes. Sample was taken from a "hydrant". Will confirm if this was a frost-free or not and if so, avoid as a sampling location. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats to dictate further action. System had a series of positive samples in 2011 and 2013. | ||
