Details:	SUMMARY: ALERT:COLI 13390 --- The triggered and three repeat samples collected on 10-3-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 10-6-14 --- The triggered and three repeat samples collected on 10-3-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Del regarding these sample results and sent him a tier 2 public notice template along with DMCEs e mail address to send a completed copy. Del informed me he will shock chlorinate the water system. I reminded him that five temp routines are due in November. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
