I called Marian Hadder (sic) 541- 899- 9513 regarding the samples: she said she would have her husband Jim call me to discuss required follow up.10-15-14 --- Spoke with David Willard: we discussed shock chlorinating the water system, I e mailed him a tier 2 public notice and DMCEs e mail address to send a completed copy to, and I informed him that five temp routines are due before the end of this month.
