Details: SUMMARY: ALERT:COLI13348 - Routine sample collected on 9-29-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 10-1-14 --- Routine sample collected on 9-29-14 tested TC+. Spoke with Mark (Roland was not in) who informed me that a triggered source and three repeat samples were collected yesterday and the spring was not on line. I informed him five temp routines are due in October. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
