| Details: | SUMMARY: Five temp routines collected on 10-8-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 10-9-14 --- John informed me that 5 temp routines collected 10-8-14 tested TC+. I sent him a tier 2 notice and advised him to collect a triggered source sample and five November temp routines.10-14-14 --- Spoke with Tim Zuber 541-973-8264: he says the 10-10-14 sample was clean (presumably this was the triggered source sample). He is going to contract with Desert Pump to disinfect the system as a corrective action response to the five 10-8-14 TC+ distribution samples. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
