DETAILS: 7-1-13 --- One routine (6-26-13) and three distribution repeat samples (6-28-13) tested TC+. I spoke with Roland regarding follow up action. He plans to shock chlorinate the storage tanks and distribution system, I e-mailed him disinfection guidelines. I also e-mailed him a Tier 2 public notice template and advised him to send a completed copy to DMCE after posting it. I also advised him to collect five temp routines in the calendar month of July.
