| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Arsenic CHEM6653 DETAILS: Spoke with Darrel by phone on 3/11/15 and Keith Beckman on 3/13/15 about the arsenic result above the MCL taken 2/25/15. They stated they are ordering new media for the arsenic treatment system that should be installed next week. WE discussed posting public notice and taking a resample once the media is replaced to confirm that the problem is corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Replacement of media and resample. Public Notice completed and posted. | ||
