| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System has 2 violations from 2010 that do not auto-RTC. The system failed to submit a triggered source sample during repeat sampling. Derek Mathers submitted results for an assessment sample on 3/3/15. A copy of the assessment sample results were emailed to dwp.dmce with a request to RTC the 2 old violations. ACTION NEEDED: RTC the 2 violations. | ||
