| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Repeat samples and triggered source samples tested positive for coliform. Korky Avakian, owner, is returning from vacation on 3/08/15. I spoke with Rob Waits, manager, and discussed shock chlorinating the well. The firm will continue to correct the coliform problem and will submit "special" samples to evaluate repairs. I emailed a Public Notice on 3/05/15 and the Rob agreed to post the notice in public view. A public notice was emailed on 2/27/15 but the system never received the document due to an incorrect email address. ACTION NEEDED: Make repairs, document clean water. | ||
