| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: The store has continued to test positive for coliform in the water, since the original positive back in December 2014. One routine sample tested positive for total coliform on 2/24/15. Korky Avakian, owner, is on vacation for 2 weeks. I spoke with Rob Waits, manager, via phone. The well has been shock chlorinated once. The water lab sampled again on 2/27/15 and results are pending. Originally I emailed a public notice to the store on 1/5/15 with instruction to post in public view until clean water results are submitted. Mr. Waits was not sure if the public notice was posted so I emailed another copy of the notice with instruction to post in public view until the water results show clean water. ACTION NEEDED: Fix the problem. | ||
