| Details: | SUMMARY: All Deficiencies Corrected DETAILS: Results of Arsenic test received on 03/10/2015 for SRC-AA (JOSE 13965) and conducted on 03/03/2015 yielded result of ND. Picture was sent to inspector on 03/04/2015 showing old well has been properly abandoned with work conducted by Clouser Well Drilling. As of 03/10/2015, water system has corrected all significant deficiencies noted on the water system survey. ACTION NEEDED: NA | ||
