| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier Contact Summary DETAILS: The system had confirmed e.coli and has be going through plan review, constructed a new well and just received approval on a waiver for a construction standard. The firm has done monthly testing and has worked with Pete Farrelly and Sarah Schwab via phone and email several times over the past eight months. The violations have been returned to compliance as of January 29/30, 2015.Well is approved for public use talked with Kevin Lee and Heejoo Han 714-475-8527. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to continue with monthly testing for February and March. If those samples are absent for coliform I will move the system to quarterly coliform testing.System did have chlorine residual in November and Decembers testing and a chlorinator is not approved for use. On my phone call with Kevin Lee today he agreed to discontinue the use of the chlorinator and therefore would not need to go through plan review. | ||
